Emergency radio center 191 dispatched firefighters and rescue personnel from Phayathai Fire Station to investigate. At the scene, officials found a long train consisting of cylindrical capsule-shaped oil tanker cars with flames and heavy smoke billowing from the engine compartment. Responding quickly, firefighters used chemical suppressants and brought the fire under control within approximately 20 minutes, leaving only smoke. Railway officials are now moving the locomotive away from the tracks for detailed inspection to determine the cause of the fire.
