A night of celebration returns with the "16 Years Mali Hmong Campfire Music Festival: This Land Has Legend" concert, bringing together songs, people, friendship, and memories from 16 years onto a single stage. The press conference, held at Kratiem Prik Tai restaurant, was hosted by Sun Manoch Puttal and Phinyot Rungsumay before a large media gathering.
The concert celebrates not only music but also Thai arts and culture, featuring a special performance of the giant shadow puppet art from Wat Khao On in Ratchaburi, a centuries-old tradition passed down through generations. The concert tells stories of people, art, and culture that have shaped Thai society.
Ajarn Khai Mali Hmong personally invited the performers, each bringing their own unique character and story. Featured artists include Aed Carabao, Eed Football, Bom Sincharoen, and rising country music star Ton Khao Supriya. A highlight of the event is Ton Khao Supriya's special rendition of "Moonlight" performed with Ajarn Khai Mali Hmong, with Eed Football on harmonica and the Mali Hmong band. Aed Carabao and Bom Sincharoen will also perform together under the name BAD ASS to celebrate 16 years of the festival.
From veteran artists to emerging talents, performers range in age, experience, and musical style, yet share a common love of music. The lineup also includes A Supchai and songwriters like Pyat Phuwijai and Wasut Haowan, all offering their congratulations.
These 16 years represent far more than a number—they embody a span of time filled with songs, friendships, and countless memories. The "16 Years Mali Hmong Campfire Music Festival: This Land Has Legend" concert takes place on December 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. and continuing until dawn at Rai Hub Krapong in Khao Yai subdistrict, Cha-Am, Phetchaburi. Attendees can enjoy music and meet Mali Hmong, Aed Carabao, Pong Hin Lek Fai, Nescafe, and Daed Diao, along with special guest Ton Khao Supriya and a unique performance by the giant shadow puppet art of Wat Khao On, which will bring Thai cultural heritage to life and create new lasting memories.
