On May 24, 2569, Deputy Police Colonel Somkeset Charakul, superintendent of Kamphaeng Phet City Police Station, received a report of a teenage girl being sexually assaulted by a family member. Officers from Na Bo Kham Subdistrict Patrol and Investigator Sub-Lieutenant Prachaya Tabanchaung from Kamphaeng Phet City Police Station apprehended 33-year-old Kritsada (surname withheld), accused of threatening and forcing the victim using a knife. The victim, identified as Miss A (pseudonym), is 16 years old and the suspect's biological granniece. The incident occurred in Kamphaeng Phet Province on May 23, 2569 at approximately 7:00 AM.

Investigators coordinated with multidisciplinary professionals to conduct interviews in accordance with child and youth protection laws. Charges include rape, assault with a weapon, and unlawful detention of a minor.
The suspect, Kritsada, maintained a composed demeanor and refused to comment to media, only briefly denying the allegations before being taken in for further questioning.
