Meat Restaurant Chain Apologizes For Delayed Payroll

The Nueua Tae restaurant brand released a statement explaining the cause of delayed employee salary payments and apologizing to all staff members. The company acknowledged a liquidity crisis stemming from accounting system errors that miscalculated actual costs over the past six months, resulting in accumulated losses. Management has initiated measures to secure additional funding and pledged to repay all outstanding wages to employees as quickly as possible while implementing new accounting and financial management systems. The company stated that over its 13-year history, employee welfare has always been the top priority. However, in the past six months, the company faced financial liquidity problems not due to declining sales, but from errors in the internal cost calculation and recording system. Actual costs were higher than calculated, causing cumulative losses that directly impacted liquidity while the company was overhauling its accounting and management systems. The company expressed deep regret about the hardship caused to employees and their families, offering sincere apologies for the delays and concerns created. Management is actively negotiating to bring in additional capital to improve liquidity and promises to repay all accumulated salary arrears to employees completely and as soon as possible. The company is currently accelerating improvements to its cost accounting system, restructuring management, and implementing new financial systems to ensure transparency and prevent such incidents from recurring. Temporarily closed branches will reopen soon with the same high standards of food quality and service. The brand pledged to continue operating with honesty, sincerity, and transparency, delivering the best to all stakeholders. The company thanked staff members for their continued loyalty and support during this crisis period.
