MK and Laem Charoen Launch Fish Suki Collaboration
MK Suki and Rayong's Laem Charoen Seafood have launched a "Fish Rules, Fish Suki" collaboration featuring premium barramundi in four seafood menu categories. The campaign offers set meals from 899 to 1,299 baht with signature dipping sauces, plus single dishes and dim sum, running until January 31, 2027.
Fans of MK Suki and regulars at Laem Charoen Seafood will love this major collaboration in the "Fish Rules, Fish Suki" campaign, which brings premium barramundi and authentic Rayong seafood to spice up MK's familiar red pot. It turns a regular suki meal into something more fun and delicious, and conveniently lets diners enjoy two restaurants in one without fighting over tables.
For this collaboration, they've prepared four seafood categories for unlimited dipping and grilling. First is the "Fish Suki" featuring large fresh barramundi pieces and tender pork with aromatic Thai herbal fish broth. Laem Charoen's two signature dipping sauces include a rich seafood sauce and a fermented soybean fish sauce that pairs perfectly with barramundi. Sets are sold as pork-and-fish combos with a plate of fresh vegetables, starting at 899 baht. A larger set adds assorted meatballs, jade noodles, and fish-sauce fried barramundi at 1,099 baht. The premium "Seafood Premium" set adds squid, fresh handmade balls, and fish balls for 1,299 baht. Beef lovers can swap pork for beef in any tier for an extra 100 baht. Ordering from this category also includes a Laem Charoen gift card worth up to 200 baht.
Next, "Single Seafood Dishes" showcases Laem Charoen's expertise with their signature fish-sauce fried barramundi alongside three rice-topped seafood dishes: spicy fried barramundi rice, shrimp fat rice, and rich egg shrimp fat rice, starting at 129 baht. "Steamed Seafood Dim Sum" offers steamed barramundi with lime, jumbo fish balls, fried shrimp dumplings, and steamed horse crab, starting at 79 baht. Finally, "Barramundi Rice Porridge Sets" are freshly cooked in the red pot by staff and served at the table for 120 baht per set.
The collaboration menu runs until January 31, 2027, giving friends a new experience to tag each other and join a suki pot party.
