Deputy police chief links 'Doing Good Foundation' case to Crown property encroachment in Nakhon Nayok, orders accelerated probe and financial tracing.
Deputy Commissioner-General Pol. Gen. Niran Lueamsri chaired a weekly major case management meeting at the Royal Thai Police Office on November 5, 2026. Attendees included Pol. Lt. Gen. Phanthong Suwannachoot, Deputy Commissioner of the Crime Suppression Division; Pol. Lt. Gen. Thasphum Charuphrachaya, Commander of the Forensic Science Division; Pol. Lt. Gen. Aenak Taesuphap, Commander of the Special Branch; Pol. Lt. Gen. Somphon Jaidee, Commander of the Legal and Litigation Division; Pol. Col. Nitichot Penjamras, Deputy Commander of the Forensic Science Division; and Pol. Col. Sawat Duangpaen, Deputy Commander of the Nakhon Nayok Provincial Police Investigation Division.
The meeting tracked several major cases, particularly a complaint against the 'Doing Good Foundation' under the Forensic Science Division's responsibility, and a related case where the 2nd Infantry Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, King's Guard filed a complaint about illegal construction encroaching on Crown Property in Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok.
Pol. Gen. Niran heard investigation progress on both cases. Since some witnesses and evidence overlap, he ordered a policy to prove all links between witnesses and evidence, accelerate additional witness investigations in the encroachment case as more suspects may be involved, verify aerial maps and encroachment behavior, and trace all related financial transactions. For the foundation case, the Forensic Science Division has gathered substantial evidence and made significant progress, so he emphasized establishing correct case elements and legal points.
As both cases draw wide public interest, he urged the Special Branch Commander and Nakhon Nayok Deputy Provincial Commander to expedite investigations while ensuring thorough, meticulous evidence collection from both accusers and accused to ensure justice for all parties.
