At 4:00 p.m. on August 10, 2025, at Impact Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Governor Chetsada Mosikaratana announced heightened security protocols following violent incidents in Nonthaburi Province, including shootings at Thepsirin School and the Provincial Administrative Organization headquarters. Following Prime Minister's directive, the governor confirmed that weapon control measures and checkpoint operations will be intensified throughout the province, including the provincial administration center.
When asked whether the death of the PAO leader will require a replacement election, Chetsada stated that a by-election will be necessary and must follow legal procedures, with the Election Commission handling the process. The initial suspect reportedly acknowledged the dispute as a personal matter.
