Police investigators from Hee Yod Police Station, Phetchaburi, arrested a municipal employee who was selling three methamphetamine tablets for 100 baht after two young men entered the room to buy drugs and were also detained. At 5:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026, officers received a tip that 48-year-old Hin was illegally selling meth in the area and was operating from Room 1, Moo 1, Hee Yod subdistrict. Pol. Col. Niyom Suaywong, the station commander, ordered Pol. Lt. Col. Phrom Kaewpraya Ta and the investigation team to raid the premises. They found Hin in the rental room; he attempted to flee but was restrained. Officers seized 43 methamphetamine tablets, one item, six zip-lock bags, and a mobile phone.

Hin confessed that the meth belonged to him and that he sold it at three tablets for 100 baht, admitting he was a municipal employee. During the search, officers also found Sai, 52, sitting in the same room with four meth tablets beside him, which were confiscated. Sai said the drugs were his, purchased from Hin, and that he too worked for the same municipal office. At that moment, Din, 26, and Nam, 28, entered the room and admitted they intended to buy meth from Hin. Police arrested all four and charged Hin with selling meth for profit, Sai with illegal possession and use of meth, and Din and Nam with illegal use of meth. The case was forwarded to investigators for prosecution.
