A delivery worker had left his motorcycle with the key in the ignition outside the Sriracha post office while he went inside to send a parcel. An unemployed Lao couple, aged 34 and 28, saw the unattended bike and stole it, intending to ride it to demand repayment of over 100,000 baht they claimed had been cheated from them. The motorcycle was fitted with a GPS tracker, which the owner checked after being notified by a coworker. He shared the real‑time location with Sriracha Police, who intercepted the suspects within 20 minutes at a Caltex petrol station on Highway 7 interchange, Bang Phra sub‑district. Police recovered the grey‑black Honda Wave 110i and arrested the pair. The suspects told officers they were jobless after being defrauded and planned to return the bike after confronting the alleged fraudster. The owner thanked Sriracha Police for their swift action.
