Princess Sirivannavari Wears Thai Silk to Paris Museum
Princess Sirivannavari wore a striking blend of modern and traditional Thai design to a Paris museum event, featuring a dark blue jersey bodice with traditional mudmee silk skirt created by Thai designer Thawisak Chattuwan.
Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya wore a beautiful dress combining contemporary and traditional Thai elements to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs on June 30, 2025. The gown featured a round-neck dark blue jersey bodice with elbow-length sleeves that gracefully transitioned into a dotted mudmee silk skirt. The jersey structured the silhouette while refined draping at the hips created dimension and movement. The mudmee silk's intricate pattern showcased traditional Thai textile artistry, while the modern jersey provided contemporary structure. This design unified modern materials with traditional Thai wisdom through cohesive design language. Creator: Thawisak Chattuwan, CHATTUWAN Thaisilk, Muang Lad District, Roi Et Province.
