Singer WonderFrame Complains About Popular Electric Car That Won't Unlock in the Middle of the Night, Gets Shocking Response from Service Center

Singer WonderFrame says her popular brand electric vehicle wouldn't unlock when she returned home late at night. When she called the service center, she was shocked to learn they couldn't help and told her to contact a mechanic herself. She revealed that she had just taken the car in for service the previous month. May 4, 2025 - Reporter notes that singer WonderFrame, or Frame Supakchaya, posted about the incident on Facebook after going out on errands late at night and finding her electric vehicle wouldn't open. When she contacted the service center, they were unable to provide assistance, forcing her to call a mechanic to unlock it herself. She posted: "I went out to run errands late at night and when I came back, I couldn't open the car or even get inside. I called the service center, and they just gave me a mechanic's number. After talking for hours, the mechanic never showed up and said they couldn't help. I had to call a mechanic myself to unlock the car. For a woman using a Deepal vehicle having problems late at night - where is the safety of my life?" WonderFrame later updated the situation, saying: "At 12:11 a.m., my brother and father arrived, and we're waiting for the mechanic I called to unlock the car." She added: "I called a mechanic to unlock it myself and did a jump start. On my way home now. To be honest, I just took it to the service center about a month ago and they said the battery was still fine and didn't need replacing. I'll deal with this later. Let's all get some rest. Thank you everyone."
