South Korean Admin Arrested in Thailand for Child Sex Videos
Thai immigration police arrested a 42‑year‑old South Korean man who administered an illegal pornographic website and distributed child sexual abuse videos. He had fled to Thailand after South Korean authorities issued an arrest warrant and an INTERPOL Red Notice. Police located him in a luxury condo in Thong Lor, revoked his visa, and are preparing his deportation.
Immigration Bureau 1 arrested the South Korean suspect, identified as Mr. Lee, a 42‑year‑old administrator of an illegal pornographic website, who had been distributing large numbers of obscene clips, including sexual videos of girls under 16, on the site. After learning he might be arrested, he fled to Thailand in March 2026. South Korean authorities later issued an arrest warrant and requested an INTERPOL Red Notice for his return. Thai immigration police, acting on a request from the Korean Embassy, traced him to a luxury condo in Thong Lor, revoked his permission to remain in the kingdom, took him into custody, and informed him of the cancellation of his stay permit. Mr. Lee admitted he administered the illegal porn site in South Korea. He was placed in an immigration detention center pending deportation to South Korea.
