Thai Actors Mac-View Plan Wedding After Home Completion
Thai celebrities Mac and View plan to marry in early 2025 after completing their new house this year, dismissing rumors that they're rushing into wedding plans to counter breakup speculation.
Thai celebrities Mac Veerakornisorn and View Wannarat have updated their wedding timeline, stating their house should be completed by year's end with hopes of announcing good news in early next year. The couple firmly denied rumors that they are hastily marrying to quash reports of a breakup or abuse allegations, which have repeatedly embroiled them in speculation.
"Many people are waiting to see because there were earlier rumors about celebrities breaking up or abuse," the couple addressed during an interview. Mac joked about the irony of such rumors, while View, who trained in bodyguard work and has done action films, quipped that if anything, he'd be the one on the receiving end.
View explained their measured approach: "We've been together the whole time, so rumors like these just pass over us. We don't feel rushed to marry to cover anything up. We're focusing on stability, whether our business is doing well, and if we have the financial means. It comes down to being ready. The economy is what it is."
Mac outlined their current priorities: "I have projects to oversee—the house and hotel construction. Once the house is done, we'll have a home together. After that, it's just planning the ceremony. The house should be finished this year, and I'm hoping for good news early next year."
When asked if they feel pressure from fans and media expectations, View said they're not stressed, attributing it to being adults already and having a problem-free relationship. "We know there has to be a wedding to honor our parents and fans," she noted.
On social media coverage, View acknowledged that while there's always pressure to post photos and updates, they've become more lax as their focus has shifted to actual work. "When we're working seriously, there aren't many posts," she said.
Regarding children, View indicated they'd consult a doctor first given their age, though they haven't started that conversation. Mac admitted he likes children but prefers not to have a daughter, joking he'd be too protective. View summed up their philosophy: "We're traditional in that way. Having a shared vision of the future gives us confidence. We want to do things properly to honor both our parents."
