Thai Airways is opening a Customer Care Center on October 16 to assist passengers whose flights were delayed, cancelled, or whose luggage was delayed due to heavy rain and flooding in late September. The center will operate daily from October 17, offering both in‑person and online compensation claims. The airline apologizes for the disruption and thanks travelers for their patience.
Thai Airways announced that, following severe rain and flooding from September 26 to 30, 2026, which disrupted normal operations and led to delayed and cancelled flights as well as stranded luggage, it will open a Customer Care Center to help affected passengers claim compensation. Starting October 17, it will operate daily, including holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Passengers are asked to bring identification documents such as a national ID card or passport, e‑ticket number, boarding pass details, baggage tag numbers, and receipts for expenses incurred due to the disruptions.
