Seehasak emphasized that the investigation must await official conclusions from Georgian authorities and reports from Thai embassy officials. When asked about the delayed discovery—Hulun had been out of contact for over two weeks—Seehasak explained that Hulun was in Georgia filming content, and once contact was lost, both Georgian authorities and the embassy quickly took action and found the body in a hotel.

Seehasak declined to speculate on whether the death was caused by foul play or self-harm, stating that conclusions must await the official investigation results. Using his position as both Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Anuthins vowed to deliver tangible results for the public.

The August transfers will be the first step. Selection criteria include seniority, experience, knowledge, capability, and a clean service record. Notably, provincial governors will also be expected to support business development and serve as a driving force for economic development in their provinces.

Higher-level Interior Ministry officials retiring this fiscal year total 18, including Deputy Permanent Secretary Santhithorn Yimlamhai, Land Department Director Pornpat Penphas, Public Works Director Pongnara Yenyaeng, and 15 provincial governors from across Thailand including Khorat, Tak, Nakhon Sawan, Prachuap Khirikhan, Prachuap Buriram, Pattani, Phrae, Yasothon, Yala, Sa Kaew, Ang Thong, Udon Thani, and Uthai Thani.

Twenty-four additional administrative positions are vacant, including one deputy director post and 23 deputy governor posts. The Cabinet is expected to consider these transfer lists soon.

After the body was discovered, officers coordinated with investigators and forensic specialists to examine the scene before transporting the remains for autopsy according to legal procedures. Family members will be contacted to arrange for religious funeral rites.

The case began when authorities received reports at 6:45 p.m. on July 28 from fishermen and residents that a young woman was believed missing after witnesses reported seeing someone fall from Thao Thep Krasattri Bridge near Ban Than Noen in Takua Thung district, Phang Nga. Following the report, police from Tha Chatchai Station in Phuket, along with officers from Khok Kloi Station in Phang Nga, village headman Phanuphan Jindapol of Tambon Mai Khao, rescue workers, and related agencies mobilized search efforts throughout the night both on the bridge and in the sea.

At the scene, a black Mercedes-Benz was found parked on the bridge with identification documents belonging to Ms. Kanthapahorn inside and a pair of flip-flops discovered near the incident location. Hulun's close friend was interviewed about his travel habits, noting that he would normally reply to messages within 2–3 days, but this time went silent for about two weeks without responding to any messages. The friend said, "At first I didn't think much of it, but when he posted about going missing, I checked our chat and realized he hadn't answered me at all. That's when I started feeling something was strange." The friend also mentioned that this was the first trip where he didn't ask Hulun about his plans in advance, and that Hulun had planned to hire a local guide but provided no details this time.

Boy, a Thai translator based in Georgia, outlined the timeline of events. He explained that a Thai restaurant owner asked him to help locate Hulun. Officers placed the snake in a bag and released it into a remote area far from residential areas and pets to prevent it from returning.
