Thai Meteorological Department Alerts Heavy Rain, Flash Flood Risk
The Thai Meteorological Department warned of thunderstorms across 30 provinces, with heavy rain and flash‑flood risks in the south. A cold air mass from China and a monsoon trough are driving easterly winds and rough seas over the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea. Temperatures nationwide range from 20‑35 °C, with the north seeing the coolest lows.
