Thai U18 Girls Volleyball Team Beats Australia Twice at Asian Championship
Thailand's U18 girls volleyball team defeated Australia 3-0 at the Asian Championship in Nakhon Ratchasima, securing their second straight victory in the tournament.
The Girls' U18 Volleyball Championship 2026 took place at Terminal 21 in Nakhon Ratchasima province. On July 2, Thailand's youth volleyball team competed in the second group stage match of Group A against Australia. The Thai team, coached by Nathapond Srisamutnakk and ranked 4th after winning the Princess Cup 2026 in 2024, played an excellent match and defeated Australia decisively 3-0 with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, and 25-11, recording their second consecutive victory. Thailand will face Uzbekistan in their next match on July 3 at 7:00 p.m.
