Thailand Opens Art Competition for Youth With Over 1 Million Baht in Prizes
Thailand launches "Art: Wealth" competition for young artists ahead of 2026 IMF–World Bank meetings, offering over 1 million baht in prizes for paintings and photography promoting sustainable economic development.
In preparation for Thailand's hosting of the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings (October 12–18, 2026), the "Art: Wealth" project opens a platform for young people to create artworks conveying the message "Know How to Use, Know Value, Develop Forward" (Art for Resilient Future). The initiative aims to promote learning in finance, responsible resource use, and sustainable economic development through painting and photography competitions spanning four education levels, bringing youth creativity to the world stage.
Winning and selected participants will receive prizes worth over 1 million baht and digital certificates, along with the opportunity to have their work featured in an exhibition.
