Officers from Nimitr Mai Police Station found a 3-year-old girl cycling alone near Hattayarat Soi in Bangkok's Khlong Samwa district around 11:30 p.m. on July 9. A passerby spotted the child riding on Hattayarat Road and called her to the sidewalk. When questioned, the girl said she wanted to cycle to Fashion Island to meet her older sister. Police questioned her, returned her home, and contacted her 26-year-old mother to pick her up. Officers advised the mother on proper child supervision, warning that leaving young children unsupervised outdoors poses serious safety risks.
