On August 22, Kannika Dokkaem, 45, brought CCTV footage and photos of damage to file a complaint with Ekaphop Luangprasert, founder of the Sai Mai Must Survive Facebook page. She accused her ex-boyfriend Anusak Srisatsathorn, 46, known as "Noom," of persistent harassment, threats, and repeated property destruction that has left her living in fear.

Kannika revealed she dated Noom from November of the previous year. During the relationship, she was frequently physically abused—bitten on the face, choked, headbutted, and punched repeatedly. She decided to end the relationship on July 11, 2569, but Noom refused to accept it, falsely claiming she had spent large sums supporting him, when in reality he had borrowed 1,500 baht and never repaid it. She simply wanted to separate.

The day after the breakup, harassment began. On July 12, he climbed over a wall and knocked on her window in Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi province, demanding to talk. When she refused and called her father for help, he rode off on a motorcycle. On July 15 at approximately 11:30 p.m., the bathroom window shattered with a steel ball inside. On July 22, he messaged asking her to contact him about paying for the broken glass, which she ignored. On July 25 at 3:00 a.m., bottles were thrown at the front of the house, and on July 29 at 12:30 a.m., a bedroom window was broken again.

On August 9 at approximately 11:00 p.m., black paint was thrown at the house so heavily it would not wash off. The next day she filed a report at Pak Kret Police Station, but the investigating officer claimed the evidence was unclear and they could not identify the perpetrator. The officer also warned that if evidence was insufficient, she could face a defamation charge. She had previously installed a security box at Pak Kret Police Station at a cost of 1,000 baht per month, but the perpetrator showed no fear and she could not reach police when incidents occurred.

Most recently, on August 16, the perpetrator threw glass bottles and paint at the house again, causing severe damage that also affected neighboring residents. Kannika decided to file a complaint with Sai Mai Must Survive.

Ekaphop Luangprasert stated he would coordinate with the Pak Kret Police superintendent to expedite the case against the perpetrator. He advised the victim to file an additional complaint for assault related to being choked, as the behavior may constitute attempted murder. He also warned the perpetrator to stop immediately or face more serious charges.
