At 11:00 a.m. on October 29, 2026, at the Central Investigation Bureau's complaint center, Thirapon Naksuwan, known as "Ben Thanakhlang Klangwicha," a religious writer, along with YouTuber Nat Phee of the "Nat Phee Official" channel and more than a hundred supporters, filed a complaint alleging threats, intimidation, and surveillance by a prominent female lawyer and her close male associate. The conflict originated from organizing a merit-making activity at a temple in northern Thailand.
Thirapon stated he seeks justice for himself, his family, and his team after months of alleged threats from the lawyer, who is also an influencer, and her associate, including harassing posts from an anonymous Facebook avatar account. "I was followed and photographed at a mall in Nonthaburi, and they also photographed me and friends traveling to activities. If I did wrong, let the law decide — not mob rule or borrowed influence. What you've done is cruel to me and my family," Thirapon said.
He added that if the opposing party claims a writer with 100 million baht threatened them or sent people and vehicles, they should present evidence and file a police report, as legal professionals can use the justice system to prove the truth.
The dispute began in July after a merit-making trip to a northern temple. The lawyer's associate volunteered to manage traffic and transport for attendees. A disagreement arose over travel costs, which Thirapon claimed were higher than agreed upon without clear expense breakdowns.
After failing to resolve the cost issue, Thirapon said the other side posted continuous defamatory and attacking messages on social media for months. He initially refrained from responding, viewing the associate as a younger brother and not wanting the issue to escalate or involve his family.
The associate was originally a fan whom Thirapon trusted like a sibling, but conflict later emerged for unclear reasons, possibly involving vested interests. Thirapon said he had already clarified all merit-making expenses. Following the dispute, defamatory posts targeted him and his family, including tagging names and challenging him to meet at various locations.
Thirapon previously avoided confrontation to prevent escalation until last month, when he decided to file a report after discovering he was being surveilled and photographed. Today's complaint asks police to investigate the person behind the anonymous Facebook account and the threatening posts.
Nat Phee commented on the northern temple filming trip, stating it was at the invitation of the lawyer's associate. After filming, the associate sent documents demanding the footage not be aired. Nat Phee confirmed compliance with the request.
