Thai Yamaha Motor has partnered with the Association of Private Technology and Vocational Colleges in Thailand to develop a new generation of digital marketing professionals through intensive training covering both theory and practice. Participants compete in the Yamaha AchieveWork programme—real briefs, real work, real sales—progressing from 141 teams nationwide to 20 finalists at regional and national levels.
Competitors received mentorship from industry professionals in marketing and content creation, both online and offline, learning digital marketing strategy, consumer analysis, content creation for Meta and TikTok platforms, and brand communication techniques. Ukrit Phakwivat, Deputy Managing Director of Business Planning and Marketing at Thai Yamaha Motor, said the programme aims to build fully capable digital marketers ready for competitive real-world careers in content creation, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
The champion team, Techno Chework from Prachuap Khiri Khan Vocational Commerce College, won a Yamaha Fazzio Lite motorcycle valued at 49,900 baht and a 50,000 baht educational scholarship. Four runner-up teams received educational scholarships ranging from 8,000 to 30,000 baht. The winning championship team will now have the opportunity to work on content production projects with Thai Yamaha Motor, gaining real professional experience and opening doors to careers in digital marketing and content creation.
