Revealed: Gold Thief Steals from Famous Hatyai Mall After Motorcycle Theft

On February 3rd, a solo criminal robbed a gold shop in a famous shopping mall in Hatyai, Songkhla province. The perpetrator, captured on CCTV as a small-framed man wearing black clothing and a face-covering mask, entered the store decisively. Using a hammer, he broke display cases and quickly grabbed approximately 3-4 trays of gold necklaces, escaping rapidly using his knowledge of the area. Store manager Wutthidech Nue-iad confirmed the thief was well-prepared and focused on speed during the robbery. Police investigations revealed the motorcycle used was stolen from Khuan Mit subdistrict in Chana district just hours before the theft.
