On July 21, 2569, police from Si Racha Station in Chon Buri province received a report at 5:30 p.m. on July 20 of a person falling from the eighth floor of a condominium. Officers, investigators, and rescue personnel from Sawang Prachip Si Racha responded to the scene near the condominium grounds, where they found an unconscious 16-year-old female student of Myanmar nationality studying at a prominent school. She suffered a deformed fracture of her left arm, a deformed fracture of her right leg, and abrasions across her face. Paramedics provided initial treatment before transferring her to hospital for further care. A damaged Honda Wave 110 motorcycle registered in Chon Buri was also found at the scene.
According to witness interviews, a man identified as Mr. B stated that he had spoken with the victim's friends, who said she had been stressed about upcoming exams and personal problems before the fall from the condominium's eighth floor.
