Work from home has claimed the top spot in job search keywords for the first half of 2025, reflecting the modern workforce's emphasis on flexibility. The surge of 'new graduate' searches to second place demonstrates the readiness of recent graduates preparing to enter the job market, with Marketing, HR, and Data Analyst roles maintaining strong interest. Job seekers today prioritize work arrangements that fit their lifestyle alongside career growth opportunities.

Amidst ongoing labor market uncertainty, Thai job seekers continue to value both flexible work formats and professional development prospects, focusing not only on job titles but on finding organizations that support long-term growth and capability building. The rise of 'new graduate' searches to second place reflects emerging talent's desire for career-starting opportunities within companies that provide learning and development support.

Work from home's climb from second place in the latter half of 2024 to first place in the first half of 2025 underscores the growing importance of flexible work arrangements as a primary factor in job selection and organizational choice, rather than simply a trend.

Job seekers continue to show strong interest in roles with significant business impact and relevance to digital transformation. Marketing positions remain highly sought after due to their role in business growth, brand building, and digital marketing, while HR and Data Analyst roles sustain interest for their importance in talent management and data-driven business strategy in the digital era.

Overall, Thai job seekers in the first half of 2025 prioritize flexible work formats alongside career growth opportunities in roles that meet modern labor market demands. Preparation before entering the job market, combined with skill development aligned with future market needs, is expected to remain a key focus for job seekers throughout the latter half of 2025.
