Administrative Court Sets Judgment Date in NBTC Chief's Case
The Administrative Court will deliver its judgment on September 25 in the case of NBTC Chairman Dr. Sorun Bunyibchaipruk, who is challenging a disqualification ruling from the NBTC selection committee.
The Administrative Court held a hearing on September 21 at 8:30 a.m. in the case of Dr. Sorun Bunyibchaipruk, NBTC chairman, who is challenging Decision No. 1/2569 of the NBTC selection committee dated July 21, 2569, which ruled that he was disqualified and lacked qualifications for the position from the outset. Dr. Sorun appeared in person to testify, accompanied by media covering the case, but the court administrator issued an order prohibiting media from reporting or interviewing anyone involved in the case within court grounds.
After the three-hour hearing, Dr. Sorun left immediately and declined to speak with media. At 2:00 p.m., the NBTC office announced that the court has scheduled the first case hearing for September 25 at 11:00 a.m., with the judgment reading set for 3:00 p.m. the same day.
