Channel 7HD has officially unveiled its new romantic drama 'Sao Ban Tae' from Phaphassara Production, headed by producer Kob Phaphassara Techaphai. The series pairs Thonakorn 'No' Sribunchong with Kim Kloy Piratnda Charoenwong, a rising luk thung singer from ThaiToneGen known socially as 'Kim Kloy the Famous,' in her first female lead role opposite veteran actor Captain Phuthanet Hongmanop, who returns to Channel 7 for a full project after a 23-year absence.
The cast also features renowned luk thung singer Rabbit Phannipa Khiawpet from the Haithongkham label in her first acting role, alongside Pam Suchanuch Suphathamwong, Dream Punyaruk Asaipa, Big M Sumetha Roisi, Fon Thanasunthon, Candy Rakkaen, Joop Itthikon Sathutham, Yong Choenyim, Kai Prissana Wongsi, Ex Jaturong Kolimas, Jim Chuanchuen, Ko Thirasak Phanthuchaiya, Natthanat Rewviroj, and many other veteran performers.
Social media erupted immediately with comments celebrating Captain's return to Channel 7, anticipation for the project, and praise for the production's consistently strong casting. The storyline spans generations: when fate separates mother and child, one generation's love becomes another's wound, but ultimately, the music of their homeland and the power of forgiveness bring everyone back together.
Filming for 'Sao Ban Tae' has already begun in full swing. Viewers can follow all updates and watch the series on digital Channel 7HD (channel 35) and across the station's social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads, as well as via the CH7ON website and app.
