CIB Raids Khlong 8 Charity Foundation, Cuts Locks to Enter
CIB police raided the Do Good Organization Foundation in Khlong 8, Pathum Thani, cutting locks to enter the premises. Officers found boxes of donated rice and dry food but no donation collection boxes, while two other buildings on the property remained locked. Foundation operator Dr. Panadda Wongphudi, known as "Boom Panadda," was taken into custody and apologized to media, pledging to cooperate with the investigation.
At approximately 07:00 on November 6, 2026, Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) officers, accompanied by the Thanyaburi district chief, interior ministry officials, and Thanyaburi municipal police, executed a search warrant at target location number three: the Do Good Organization Foundation operated by Dr. Panadda Wongphudi at 52/19 Moo 4, Khlong 8, Lam Phak Kut subdistrict, Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani. The property housed both the foundation and an ongoing Chinese shrine construction project.
Upon arrival, officers found the main iron gate securely padlocked. They used large bolt cutters to remove the lock and gain access, with a legal team from the Phet law firm observing closely amid a heavy media presence.
Once inside, officers spread out to thoroughly search both the exterior and interior, focusing on the lobby area where donated items were stored. They found numerous cardboard boxes neatly arranged, containing consumer goods, products, and various donated items. Officers opened and inspected the boxes, catalogued the contents, and documented everything with photos and written records as evidence. Media were not permitted inside the foundation and could only film from outside.
The Phet legal team disclosed that officers had accessed the donation storage building, but two other buildings remained locked. They were coordinating with Dr. Panadda Wongphudi to obtain keys for further inspection.
Initial findings revealed quantities of rice and dry food intended for donation, though not in large amounts. Acrylic boxes suspected to be donation collection boxes had not yet been found. Officers continued a detailed examination of the premises and contents to gather facts and evidence.
