Donated Goods Left to Rot at Foundation Warehouse in Pathum Thani
A former local official has exposed a warehouse belonging to the Thamdee Foundation in Pathum Thani where donated goods were left piled outdoors, damaged by weather. The foundation, led by Panadda Wongphudi and her husband Got Athip, owns two plots totaling 24 rai. Locals report that activity at the site has ceased since the news broke.
On November 3, 2026, Wichai, 58, a former Subdistrict Administrative Organization member in Pathum Thani, revealed the condition of land and buildings owned by Panadda "Bum" Wongphudi, president of the Thamdee Foundation, and her husband Got Athip. The couple purchased 20 rai in Moo 6, Bueng Kham Subdistrict, Nong Suea District, located down a 500-meter dirt road beside Wat Chulachindaram, plus another 4 rai in Moo 7, Bueng Kham.
At the first site, a large pond, a big storage warehouse, several tents, and piles of goods sitting directly on the ground were found. Two knockdown houses and one under-construction house sit on 10 rai, with the remaining 10 rai vacant. The second site, a 4-rai plot on Khlong 9 Road in Moo 7, is surrounded by a 4-meter black fence and contains a single-story warehouse, staff quarters, three large white tents, and a tower. The area was deserted with no residents.
Wichai said the site had been active for about two years, with constant truck traffic moving donated goods in for storage before distribution. Ten-wheel trucks and cranes were frequently seen. However, since the story became public, activity has visibly stopped; the area has been silent for about a week with almost no vehicles entering or leaving.
Regarding the Moo 6 plot, Got initially bought 10 rai and built a residence where his mother lives. Shortly after, Bum purchased the adjacent 10 rai. A local source, Mr. A, explained that the entire 20 rai was originally bought by a businessman known as Hia P. A soil trader from Khlong 8 later bought 10 rai to excavate and sell the soil, leaving a large pond. Got then bought that 10 rai for about 4-4.5 million baht nearly two years ago. The remaining 10 rai was listed at 700,000 baht per rai, and Got bought it to complete the 20 rai, though the exact price is unknown.
After the first purchase, tents were erected and two buffalo were kept, but they often escaped and disturbed nearby gardeners. Despite fencing, the issue persisted until the buffalo were sold. Subsequently, tents were set up and donated goods began to be stored, understood to have been moved from Khlong 8 or Khlong 9 pending distribution.
