A heartwarming video clip has gone viral after "Cherlyn" Phannarin Srichaphan, daughter of Thai tennis legend "Ball" Paradorn Srichaphan, former world number nine, asked her father to recreate his iconic split from more than 20 years ago. In the clip, eight-year-old Cherlyn shows her father the old footage on her phone and asks to see him do the split again. The 47-year-old former pro responds skeptically, saying he likely cannot do it anymore, before stretching his leg out and demonstrating his current limit. When Cherlyn suggests his pants are the problem, Paradorn jokes that he probably would not fit into those old clothes anyway after 20 years. Despite his insistence that he is no longer flexible enough and that attempting the full split would cause injury, his daughter persists. Eventually, Paradorn laughs and promises to go home and stretch so he can try again later.
