We worked together and appeared in films and television programs. Mike probably knew Ray better than I did, as we both grew up in the 1990s."

Mike responded: "When I came to Thailand, I worked with Ray often—modeling and television appearances together. I'm deeply saddened by what happened. I came today to give strength and support to his family. Like Lukkaed said, we hadn't seen each other in nearly 20 years, but when we got together, we talked like we'd always been friends."

On August 22, Air Vice Marshal Prapas Saonjai, Deputy Commander of the Royal Thai Air Force and Director of the Thai-Cambodian Joint Information Center, responded to Cambodian media allegations that Thai forces have cleared land, built roads, and established military positions in border areas, which Cambodia claims violates its sovereignty. Regarding information warfare, Prapas said he preferred not to label either side but emphasized that the Joint Information Center's role is to verify and clarify facts when allegations concern Thailand. The Office for Knowledge Management and Development (OKMD) is advancing opportunities for Thai youth with musical dreams through the second phase of its Talent Everywhere program, themed "Into the Music Universe and Beyond." After accepting over 2,000 applicants nationwide and conducting rigorous selection and mentoring, 11 bands have been chosen to perform at Talent Fest: Into the Music Universe and Beyond on August 29, 2025 at 1981 Soul & Sold, marking their official pre-debut launch and entry into professional music careers.

The Talent Everywhere program stems from OKMD's commitment to create a systematic environment for youth to discover and develop their musical potential. It goes beyond teaching performance and instrumental skills, encompassing self-discovery, creative development, collaboration, and understanding the full landscape of professional music careers.

The second phase ran from April through July 2025 via the Music Boost Camp, offering hands-on experience with industry experts and musicians including Nick Vichian Rukpaisan, O Jetsada Suktram, E Pongchak Phisdthamphorn, Fluke Pongruk Srisamuth, and Bhumi Phoomisart Rujeeraphaibuul.

Dr. Thawarath Suthabultr, OKMD director, noted that Thai youth possess talent and creativity, but many lack practical work experience, access to experts, and a clear pathway to professional careers. OKMD adopted camp-based learning principles, allowing youth to gain real-world experience in industry-like environments rather than theory alone.

"The program has evolved beyond simply teaching skills," Dr. Thawarath said. "It aims to create a launch pad where youth discover their identity, build their work, and learn how professional musicians collaborate and navigate the music industry."

From over 2,000 applicants, the selection process narrowed down to approximately 500 after auditions, then 100 bands entered intensive development, and finally 11 bands were selected for pre-debut: Backyard, Zizters, Sleeplezzz, Zinith, Magazine No.19, Do Zero, Red Ribbon, The Make Shape, The Blue Pillow, Soulgoof, and Follow Me.

These 11 bands are now undergoing rigorous development following a "think-create-do-perform" framework that elevates individual skills to band collaboration while allowing each group to discover their unique identity, musical direction, style, and message for audiences. The mentoring process respects each band's dreams and passion rather than imposing a uniform format.
