The plaques were presented by Pattanasak Bubphasuwan, commander of the Suppression Division, and Watchraphan Siripak, deputy commander of the Technology Crime Suppression Division. Printip Isriyameth, assistant vice president of communications and public affairs for the Flash business group, accepted on behalf of the company during ceremonies marking the 78th anniversary of the Suppression Division and the 17th anniversary of the Technology Crime Suppression Division.
