Foundation Chief Accuses Husband, Associate of 50M Baht Fraud
Foundation president Panadda Wongphudi accused her husband and an associate of colluding to defraud over 50 million baht, prompting a Crime Suppression Division investigation.
Panadda Wongphudi, president of a charitable foundation, filed a police complaint against her husband Athip Ananwan (known as Got) and Apichat Saelu (known as Chang Ai) for allegedly colluding to defraud over 50 million baht. She submitted extensive documents and gave a preliminary statement. The Crime Suppression Division commander said investigators will summon all parties for further questioning. Regarding the alleged forgery of signatures, Panadda has not yet filed a specific complaint against any individual, though it is believed she may do so later. Investigators will gather evidence and witnesses to verify whether the accused's actions match the complaint, ensuring justice for all parties.
