Arena Hua Hin Hosts Four International Tennis Tournaments
Arena Hua Hin Sport Club will host four ITF World Tennis Tour tournaments in November and December 2026, featuring two men's M15 and two women's W15 events with total prize money of $60,000 (over 2 million baht). The tournaments mark the 11th consecutive year of professional tennis at the venue and are part of the "Hua Hin Well Played" campaign to promote wellness tourism. Former world No. 9 Paradorn Srichaphan serves as tournament director, and Thai players will receive wild card entries to earn ranking points at home.
Arena Hua Hin Sport Club continues its policy of using tennis to generate excitement for Hua Hin through continuous tournament organization, now entering its 11th year. The club has partnered with the International Tennis Federation and sponsors to prepare four international men's and women's tennis tournaments with combined prize money exceeding 2 million baht, aiming to boost domestic tennis and develop Thai players through international competition.
Suwat Liptapanlop, former Deputy Prime Minister and current honorary president of the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand, revealed in his capacity as tournament advisory chairman that the International Tennis Federation has trusted Arena Hua Hin to organize professional tennis tournaments since 2015, continuing through this year for an 11th consecutive year.
"World Tennis trusts the potential of Arena Hua Hin, which has beautiful, standard-compliant courts and facilities well-received by athletes. Importantly, Arena has previously hosted major WTA events and significantly stimulates Hua Hin's economy and tourism," the advisory chairman said.
He added that this year Arena Hua Hin will host four weeks of professional international tournaments under the name CAL-COMP & CCAU INDUSTRY 4.0 ITF World Tennis Tour 2026 at the international-standard tennis courts within Arena Hua Hin Sport Club, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
The first two weeks feature men's tournaments (M15 Hua Hin), two events with main draws from November 9-15 and November 16-22, 2026. Following that, two women's tournaments (W15 Hua Hin) will run with main draws from December 7-13 and December 14-20. Each event offers $15,000 in prize money, totaling $60,000 across four tournaments, equivalent to over 2 million baht.
"This year, Paradorn Srichaphan, former world No. 9, continues to serve as tournament director. Organizers will also award wild cards to Thai players, giving them the chance to earn world ranking points at home. I believe it will be exciting competition, as M15 and W15 events mostly feature rising stars pushing each other to reach bigger tournaments," Suwat said.
He concluded that all four tournaments are part of the "Hua Hin Well Played" campaign, which aims to elevate Hua Hin as a Wellness Lifestyle Destination over four months from November 2026 to February 2027, promoting happiness through sports, exercise, and quality time while stimulating tourism and the local economy.
