Transport Limited (BKS) says heavy, continuous rainfall across much of Thailand has caused flooding in several provinces, disrupting public transport services. On September 26, 2026, minibus operators reported suspending services on five routes temporarily until flooding subsides and conditions return to normal. The affected routes in the Eastern region are: Route 46 (Bangkok–Rayong, old line); Route 48 (Bangkok–Pattaya, vans only); Routes 914/917 (Bangkok–Chanthaburi–Trat, operated by Thantawee Transport); Route 9916 (Bangkok–Wang Nam Yen–Khlong Hat); and Route 9916 (Bangkok–Saraeng–Arun Prathet–Talat Rohng Gluea). BKS's own bus services continue to operate normally on all routes.
