Highway 3076 at kilometer 131 in Ban Tha Manao, Klong Ta Krae subdistrict, Tha Ta Kiae district, Chachoengsao province, has been washed out and cut off by strong floodwaters as of September 26, 2025. The district has announced a complete closure of the route.
Siripat Pakdisri, Tha Ta Kiae district chief, inspected the damage and reported to the provincial governor. Authorities are coordinating to deploy a steel bridge system to allow small vehicles to continue using Highway 3076, which is a key economic route linking Tha Ta Kiae district through Khao Ang Rue In Wildlife Sanctuary to Sa Kaeo province and serving as a shortcut to the Northeast region.
The district chief noted that floodwater flowing through Siyad Canal into the Khwai Rap Siyad Reservoir is currently manageable, with the reservoir at 72 cubic meters of capacity headroom remaining. He assured residents in downstream areas—including Plaeng Yao, Phnom Sakon, Ratchasima, Bang Khla, Ban Poi, Muang Chachoengsao, and Bang Pla Pang districts—that there is no cause for concern, as the Siyad Reservoir still has adequate capacity and water management systems are functioning properly.
