England manager Thomas Tuchel has updated the condition of midfielder Jordan Henderson after the experienced player fell from an advertising board during celebrations. England secured their place in the World Cup 2026 quarter-finals with an exciting 3-2 victory over co-host Mexico in the Round of 16. After the match ended, Henderson accidentally fell from an advertising board while the team was celebrating their win. Tuchel spoke to media about the 36-year-old midfielder's condition, saying: "Jordan fell down and suffered an injury to his wrist. It looks quite serious, and it really doesn't fit with the atmosphere tonight that Jordan isn't with us. The doctors say he's being treated in the hospital."
