On September 10, the Israeli Embassy in Thailand released a video statement in which Deputy Head of Mission Rami Teplistski addressed negative coverage and concerns surrounding Israeli tourists in Thailand. Teplistski emphasized that the embassy is actively engaged with Thai government agencies, tourism police, Jewish community organizations in Thailand, and Israeli authorities to resolve the matter collaboratively and sustainably. The embassy has prepared and distributed travel guidance leaflets to Israeli tourists, emphasizing adherence to Thai law, respect for officials, polite communication, and respect for local culture. Teplistski urged tourists to verify information and avoid false reports, noting that Israel and Thailand maintain strong historical relations. He stressed the embassy's commitment to working hard for the friendship between the two countries and ensuring all visitors enjoy their stay in Thailand with mutual respect.
