The final was contested in a best-of-seven-frames format at the Dusit Princess Hotel on August 14, 2026. In the opening frame, both players started poorly with several mistakes, but Jack seized control to claim a commanding 69-38 victory and take a 1-0 frame lead. In the second frame, Mozayani opened with 31 points but faltered on his next shot, allowing Jack to run out and win decisively 82-36, extending his lead to 2-0 frames.
The Iranian opponent struck back in the third frame, opening with 26 points before missing an easy attempt. Jack recovered to win 59-36. In the fourth frame, the match became highly competitive with both players battling fiercely until the colours were exhausted, with the score tied at 63-63. Jack then sealed victory by potting the black ball to win 70-63 and claim the championship 4-0 in frames with a final scoreline of 69-38, 82-36, 59-36, 70-63. Mozayani received 80,000 baht as runner-up prize, while Nook Konhuan took the highest break award of 141 points and 20,000 baht.
