Dr. B, or Pannipha Olalapattammagkit, 52, owner of a prominent tissue paper brand business, has appealed through the media asking Jenny to help purchase the first house of Lily, which Mae Ked had mortgaged. Jenny previously provided 5 million baht to redeem the house, but ultimately it fell into someone else's name.

Pannipha revealed she has been close to Mae Ked because they lived near each other in Songkhla province. In March 2025, Mae Ked needed cash and mortgaged the house for 5 million baht. Out of trust, Pannipha lent the full amount.

However, Mae Ked never paid interest or redeemed the loan. Pannipha was forced to transfer the house title to her own name temporarily to protect her legal rights.

When the story became news, Pannipha expected Jenny would buy the house back for Mae Ked. After family drama ended, Mae Ked contacted her asking about the house price, saying Jenny would be the buyer.

Pannipha initially offered to sell at 5.5 million baht including interest, but Jenny negotiated down to 5 million baht, which Pannipha accepted without interest. Jenny then requested 4.5 million baht, asking Pannipha to consider it as an outside purchase rather than a mortgage redemption. After 1-2 days of consideration, Pannipha agreed, intending to invest the money elsewhere.

However, when she called back with the answer, Jenny did not pick up. There has been no contact for nearly six months since.

Pannipha confirmed she is not angry or has problems with Mae Ked or Jenny. On the contrary, she still cares for them. She emphasized that she has helped Mae Ked many times before, including lending 400,000 baht to redeem a car Mae Ked had pawned, as she understands people who have struggled financially like herself.

She added that she wanted to sell the house back to the family because the four houses are adjacent with no fencing between them. She also learned that Lily's house in Songkhla had suffered flooding, forcing the family to rent a condominium temporarily.

The case awaits Jenny's response to clarify what actually happened regarding this house matter.
