Kunchai Unveils Buam Timeline: Forest Encroachment to Foundation Money Scandal

Media personality Kunchai Ka-jai has detailed a complex timeline involving celebrity Buam Panadda, linking a domestic dispute and child custody issue to alleged forest encroachment in Phuket and a charitable foundation financial scandal. Kunchai questions whether the sequence of events was coincidental or orchestrated, noting Buam's access to powerful contacts and the emergence of suspicious money transfers from a foundation into a third party's account.

Kunchai Ka-jai aired his grievances on the midday news program 'Midday News,' recounting the entire Buam Panadda saga. He apologized for his bluntness, asking whether the sequence of events was mere coincidence or a setup.

"It started from nothing. Buam contacted me for help because her husband, Got, demanded 10 million baht for a land investment. I had no idea about this; Buam had never asked for help like this in all the years we've known each other. She said it was urgent, that she wouldn't give Got the money, and asked if his girlfriend could help retrieve their child."

"I coordinated with every agency I could, had Buam send documents, and they located the child. Buam wanted the child brought out, but Got refused, asserting his rights as the father. Later, Buam returned from Japan, and after I urged calm, she sent word that she had the child, had fled, and shared photos showing the child allegedly abused. I don't know if they were real, but I trusted Buam wouldn't lie."

"Then the CSI LA page reported that Got had raided a forest area. Phut Apipan then said Buam had contacted him and also spoke with me, though I didn't tell Phut — but he knew anyway."

"That made me suspect there was more to it. Given Buam's influence — pardon me if I misspeak — she has the clout to coordinate with police or other agencies to retrieve a child herself. Why did she need me? Why did she need Phut?"

"I'm not trying to malign Buam, but I don't know how to describe it; I just feel uneasy. Until Buam held a press conference and asked for Lawyer Tui's number. Lawyer Tui spoke with her, presumably about a divorce suit."

"Looking back, I think there was nothing to it. Buam held a press conference with Lawyer Tui beside her, then the land issue was twisted into a mistress story, then the Bambi story, then the child story, leaving many people confused about what was really happening."

"The core issue remains with Buam: whether her aristocratic husband has a new wife, and so on. The actual root cause that emerged is the land case — the forest raid involving a character named Ai in Phuket, where Got sent him to clear and raid the forest. There were tax issues, and then they met Lawyer Decha, who saw transfers from a charitable foundation into Ai Aphichat's account. That became the crack in the dam — not just a forest raid anymore."

"On Lawyer Decha's birthday, Oi Sri happened to be there, spoke with Ai, and went live, exposing that money from the charitable foundation had been moved into Ai's account."

"I can't answer. Buam, I'm sorry, don't be angry. Today I feel like it's all been a setup — coincidence or orchestrated? I don't know what it is."

"Yesterday, during the inquiry, I still believed it was all coincidence. But after seeing more, my perspective changed."

Senator Questions Thai PBS Executives Using Official Cars Despite Car Allowances

Senator Prem sakdi Piya Yura remains unsatisfied with Thai PBS Director Wanchai Tantivitthapong's explanation that two executives properly used official vehicles for work duties despite receiving monthly car allowances of 27,000 and 15,000 baht. The senator questions why Thai PBS failed to issue vehicle usage regulations for seven years despite a Prime Minister's Office recommendation, and why sole-source procurement continued with the same contractor for a decade. The State Audit Office is also investigating potential overlapping benefits that could cost the broadcaster millions.
