Lawyer Threatens Legal Action Against Boom Panadda Critics

Lawyer Pim Sirikwan Nilkarn, legal advisor and attorney for the Ngorn Akorn Tam Dee Foundation, posted a photo of the foundation's first meeting in 2022 where Boom Panadda served as chair. The meeting discussed establishing the foundation to assist society, with Boom donating 500,000 baht in personal funds for its creation.

In a lengthy caption, Lawyer Pim emphasized that the foundation in Rangsit Klong 8 is open to all citizens regardless of background and will ultimately become national property under the Thai Red Cross, as Boom has consistently pledged. The initial 500,000 baht came from Boom's own money, with additional contributions for land purchases and other operations.

"Boom told foundation volunteers she dedicates her entire life to the foundation and loves it more than her own family," Lawyer Pim wrote. "We'll move forward together. Whoever is wrong will be dealt with according to their wrongdoing; whoever is right follows the truth. Any correctable mistakes will be fixed."

Lawyer Pim stated that while the foundation welcomes scrutiny and will address any issues transparently, those using media to attack with aggressive language and images — attempting to publicly shame Boom — are crossing legal boundaries. "Any action violating legal rights may require legal proceedings. Right or wrong will be determined by facts, following our own rights and duties."

Separately, Boom's ex-husband Got Athip posted a tuition payment slip for their daughter, attempting to clear up past disputes, warning "don't mess with me, the more you play, the uglier it ends," and shared clips of their daughter cutting ties.
