Manager Nawat Kulrattanachai has expressed understanding over Charlotte Austin's decision not to renew her contract, which has approximately 8-9 months remaining. Speaking at the Miss Universe Thailand 2026 National Costume competition at Bravo BKK on August 18, Nawat clarified that he is no longer directly overseeing Charlotte's management, as MGI Beyond now handles all artists under their organization. He stated he supports whatever decision makes Charlotte feel comfortable, emphasizing there is no conflict between them.
When asked if he wants Charlotte to stay, given that he personally developed her as an artist, Nawat responded that while he would normally prefer her to continue, he understands her desire to grow and change. He described her as like his own child, noting he still thinks of her and even sends birthday messages. Despite whatever decisions lie ahead, he pledged to always support her.
Regarding the legendary "Inglot" project that Charlotte was associated with, Nawat confirmed it still has 9 months remaining and continues to be profitable, so there is no rush to close it down.
