Access to accurate and understandable health insurance information is crucial for all Thai citizens, especially regarding the National Health Insurance System, commonly known as the 30-baht gold card scheme, which provides essential health services from preventive care to treatment and specialized disease management.

Currently, health insurance rights information is distributed through websites, social media, videos, infographics, and public relations channels. However, different groups of people may have varying levels of awareness and understanding. Some know they have rights but don't understand how to verify them or access services, while others are unaware of new benefits available to them.

Following the Matichon Healthcare event, Matichon Public Company has created a space for the public to access health information and services while continuously gathering feedback on public health needs. This demonstrates that health communication tailored to actual needs plays a vital role in supporting public healthcare access and the exercise of health entitlements.

The survey covers general respondent information, awareness of health insurance rights, information channels used, understanding and benefits gained from content, and feedback on presentation formats including images, audio, video, graphics, and content length, with space for respondents to suggest additional health and benefits topics they wish to learn about.

All public input will be valuable in helping Matichon identify information gaps and diverse public needs, guiding the development of health content and activities that are accurate, easy to understand, reach diverse audiences, and better support daily health management and the exercise of health rights.

Matichon Public Company invites the public to complete the survey and participate for a chance to win one of ten Starbucks gift cards worth 500 baht each. The survey takes approximately 7–10 minutes to complete at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLCJMnT-o23zIGKeqAsQCa6NL7nqDONzizGX_I2xvLjGGOHg/viewform?usp=dialog

The first ten respondents with the highest scores are eligible to win a 500-baht Starbucks gift voucher.

Every public opinion matters because communicating health insurance rights is not merely about sharing information—it must enable people to know, understand, and practically apply these rights. Matichon Public Company invites everyone to share their feedback and contribute to improving health insurance communication to be more accurate, accessible, tailored to public needs, and reach broader audiences.
