The controversy escalated after numerous famous artists and actors liked and commented on an Instagram post by Mind Labhasphal (Pai Skoat's wife) clarifying the situation from her husband's perspective. When a more serious conflict emerged, online society heavily criticized the celebrities for their expressions, including rapper Milli Danupha Kanatheerakukan, who also liked the post.
Milli, along with her agency YUPP! ENTERTAINMENT, has now posted a clarification and apology: "I would like to use this space to apologize to everyone once more for what happened.
