Madame Pang Launches Career Pageant with 2 Million Baht Prizes

Madame Pang Nualpan Lamsam and Mae Pui Piyaporn Saengkosik have joined forces to launch the MISS MADAME PANG project, seeking eight women to transfer valuable experience to women with dreams, with each competing for a 2 million baht prize. They stressed that Mae Pui will give her all and Madame Pang will not disappoint at the October 28 press conference at Muang Thai Phatra Complex, where they unveiled the MISS MADAME PANG by Muang Thai Insurance project under the concept THE JOURNEY TO A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY with the slogan More Than A Title, A Brighter Tomorrow. The stage aims to create opportunities for women to showcase potential, develop personality, learn from real experience, and advance toward stable career paths. This project transcends traditional beauty pageant frameworks toward tangible opportunity creation, supporting women in discovering their potential and moving toward a sustainably bright future, with Antonia Pozzi, first runner-up Miss Universe 2023, and Saffron Maya Snook, Miss Global 2026, involved.

Madame Pang Nualpan stated that this idea has existed for a long time and crystallized this year because she is now 60 years old, involved in football, and Muang Thai Insurance is Thailand's longest-standing insurer at 94 years. Since the COVID era and ongoing economic difficulties, insurance work reveals how people struggle during hard times with high unemployment and AI increasing stress and depression risks. She loves womanhood deeply, noting women are the sacrificing gender. Seeing women in difficult situations risking illegal work, she felt that at 60, with many valuable women still in the world, there should be support for them. The collaboration between Muang Thai Insurance and TPN Global elevates the pageant to align with the modern world, emphasizing ability, vision, and value creation alongside external image. Participants will undergo selection and development activities designed for real-world situations including teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, and business concept presentation to find women ready to grow and create opportunities for themselves in diverse roles. She asked for everyone's encouragement and for interested people to apply.

The project begins with applications from October 28 to November 30, 2026, before entering Live Audition to select the Final 32. Those advancing will join a full six-day camp at MADAME Valley Sports Complex & Resort in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, focusing on learning from real experience, group activities, and self-discovery. Throughout the camp, participants will learn through Muang Thai Insurance Workshops to understand insurance business and related products while developing presentation and business thinking skills before entering The Boardroom to present vision, thinking, problem-solving, and work readiness before the committee. The eight Women of MISS MADAME PANG by Muang Thai Insurance will be announced at the Final Competition on January 24, 2027, competing for 2 million baht each, two-year health insurance, work attire, comprehensive training and skill development, personality and image development, and a trophy.
