Aleksei Mazur, founder of delivery management agency Delivery Booster, has spent three years analysing thousands of restaurant orders and merchant dashboards across Thailand and Indonesia. His data suggests Phuket restaurant owners may be looking in the wrong place when they worry about delivery costs – and he explains where the money is really being lost.
