Mourners have left flowers at the school gates as relatives of victims conducted a spirit-calling ceremony following the tragic incident. A Grade 9 student at Thepsirin School in Nonthaburi carried out a shooting spree inside the school that killed five teachers and injured 22 students. The shooter's grandparents were also found shot dead at their home in Bang Bua Thong district. On August 8, relatives of the deceased visited Thepsirin School in Bang Kuai, Bang Kwae, Nonthaburi to perform a spirit-calling ceremony. Security personnel did not permit media to enter and record footage, requiring journalists to wait outside the school entrance. The relatives spent approximately 10 minutes performing the ceremony before leaving without offering any statement to reporters. Three white jasmine flower bouquets placed by nearby residents were visible at the school gate entrance, left as a tribute to those who died in the incident.
