MP Kamolasakdi files additional charges against military officers suspected of being masterminds in Ba Jao shooting incident. Officials say charges will proceed if evidence connects the suspects. On April 26, 2026, significant developments emerged in the case where assailants used military weapons to open fire on MP Kamolasakdi Liwamaoh's personal van—a representative from Nakhon Raya Province's People's Party faction. The attack occurred outside a residence in Ba Jao District on March 20. In the latest development, Kamolasakdi met with investigators at Ba Jao Police Station to file additional charges against individuals suspected of being "hired conspirators." He explicitly named Lieutenant Montri Topraserit and Sub-lieutenant Decho (surname withheld), both military personnel stationed in the area. The investigation committee stated that interrogations of all five suspects are being accelerated to develop the case and compile comprehensive evidence.
