Following his points victory over Nabil Anane, former ONE Championship bantamweight champion, in a main-event bantamweight Muay Thai bout at Lumpinee Stadium (Rama Intra) on August 7, Sueakkim Pong Supharn PK has since posted an X-ray revealing he has a broken rib that he did not know he had sustained. In a caption, he wrote: "It's not cracked—it's broken, and it really hurts. Not a lung puncture, thankfully. How am I supposed to get through this?" Shortly after, Nabil Anane posted an encouragement video for Sueakkim, wishing him a quick recovery. Sueakkim replied in the comments: "Thanks, brother. The doctor says three months."
